Do NOT buy targeted views or subscribers. it sounds good but youtube has a 90% chance of detecting them and will take action by suspending your account or removing the video. as for Adwords you can promote just your videos, you can even have it as a video ad before other people’s videos.
This is a looong list but it’s so generous of you to share it. Some sells their lists for a couple of dollars and all they teach are outdated marketing tactics. You are giving yours for free.
